PBA invite dedicated and suitably qualified individuals to join PBA team for the following vacancies:-


1. WELDER  (CLOSING DATE : 6 APRIL 2012)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the technician in implementation of routine mechanical maintenance works.
  • Responsible to keep the mechanical equipment in good conditions and safe to be used.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow safety rules and regulations at work place.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
  • MLVK Certificate in welding will be advantage.
  • At least 3 year (s) working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably non-executives specializing in welding.
  • Possess positive work attitude and team-oriented.
2. TECHNICIAN (OPERATION) (CLOSING DATE : 25 MARCH 2012)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all plumbing work done according to PBAPP standard and specification as per ISO requirements.
  • Ensure high consumption report and change tariff done in five working days once job assigned.
  • Ensure all kampong loan, new service and consultant plan were updated on time.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction when dealing with PBAPP service.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA).
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to use other Engineering software is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge in engineering calculation and able to read technical drawing.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good leadership and ability to lead subordinates in any situation.
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
3. TECHNICIAN (PRODUCTION) (CLOSING DATE : 25 MARCH 2012)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the treated water quality leaving the plant meet the Ministry of Health Standard.
  • Ensure uninterrupted portable water supply from the plant.
  • Responsible for the Sungai Dua or Bukit Toh Allang Water Treatment Plant.
  • All plant process equipment are planned for maintenance and implemented.
  • All necessary documentation are timely updated and filed as required.
  • All processes and works are carried out with environment, safety and health requirements in place.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Requirements:

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE & CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER (CLOSING DATE : 11 APRIL 2012)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure First Contact Resolution Target is accomplished
  • Participate in Company-wide business and work related activities
  • Enhance skills, capabilities and competencies of all team members
  • Ensure continuous good rapport with customers, government agencies and other industrial organizations
  • Ensure the implementation of planned projects
  • Ensure all job done comply with relevant legislations and meet the Corporate requirements
  • Ensure self-development
Requirements:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably Business / Communications / Public Relations or equivalent qualification (approved MQA)
  • Minimum 8 years managerial experience in a high volume customer service operation, including managing a Call Center operations
  • Have prior experience in handling internal & external communications and media & public relations
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management & technical knowledge on telephone system is added advantage
  • Technology Savvy including MS Office and CRM softwares
  • Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Customer Service mindset, with strong customer focus towards improving operational efficiency to ensure customer delight
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Possess excellent inter-personal, good analytical, communication skills, listening & negotiation skills and high teamwork spirit
  • Cool demeanor under pressure and able to project a calm exterior under duress
  • Positive and proactive, independent and innovative, accurate and analytical in meeting all deadlines and goals
  • Discreet and able to maintain highest level of confidentiality
